Clinical Psychologist / Director
Kylie Layton is a Clinical Psychologist with 15 years’ experience working in private practice settings, and is a highly sought after therapist and a psychologist of choice for many referrers. Kylie has assisted hundreds of clients to develop insight into their experience and to establish more effective and meaningful ways to approach the challenges they encounter in their lives. Kylie’s passion is enhancing relationships and improving connections, whether that is between romantic partners, friends and family, work colleagues, work and leisure activities, or a client’s personal relationship with themselves. Kylie has worked extensively with adolescents, adults, older adults and couples and helped them to take important steps towards increasing vitality in their lives.
Kylie has extensive training across a variety of different therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Kylie also has training in Gottman Couples Therapy, Behavioural Couples Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT-C). Kylie uses a warm, open, client-centred approach and focuses on establishing a sense of safety and therapeutic connection. Kylie then works with her clients to determine which therapy, or at times, aspects of therapies, are likely to provide the “best fit” for the client and their goals.

Beatrice Ang is a Psychologist with more than two years' of experience working with various presentations such as depression, anxiety, PTSD/CTPSD, bipolar and BPD among others. Beatrice is passionate about supporting individuals through all of life’s different challenges, particularly individuals who have lived through adverse or traumatic experiences. Beatrice works collaboratively with clients to foster stability in their emotional well-being by helping them gain insight into their experiences and to develop positive, effective coping strategies. Beatrice has worked extensively with adults and older adults, and seeks to develop a nuanced understanding of an individual’s unique needs throughout the therapeutic journey.
Beatrice has extensive training in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Reminiscence Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Beatrice is also a trauma-informed and DBT-informed therapist. Beatrice aims to bring a warm, open, and person-centered approach to each session, prioritizing her client’s sense of safety and seeking to develop a strong therapeutic connection. Beatrice works collaboratively with her clients to identify which therapy—or combination of therapeutic elements—will best align with their unique needs and goals and fosters a tailored path to healing and growth.
Beatrice is a fluent speaker of Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Bahasa Malay.
Clinical Psychologist
Sue Anne is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor with over 30 years of experience in the field, and is registered in both Australia and Singapore.
Throughout her career, Sue Anne has worked across public hospitals, specialist mental health services and private practice settings, providing care for a wide range of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Trauma/PTSD and neurocognitive disorders. Sue Anne has also contributed to the field of psychology in both mental health education and mentorship. With a specialist training fellowship in Aged Mental Health from St Vincent’s Mental Health and the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Melbourne, Sue Anne also has expertise in dementia care and cognitive health. Her research, published in peer-reviewed journals, explores stress and optimism, caregiver distress in dementia, and multi-domain lifestyle interventions in older adults.
Sue Anne has extensive training across a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindful Self-Compassion, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Positive Psychology. Sue Anne works with older adolescents, adults, and older adults, offering practical strategies and heartfelt support to help clients regain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. Sue Anne believes every individual’s experience is unique, and therapy should be too. Whether navigating anxiety, past trauma, or major life changes, Sue Anne combines her extensive expertise with genuine warmth and care to deliver a personalised, evidence-based approach to therapy, creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal.
Reception and Administration
Sarah completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science at QUT and is now undertaking her Honours in Psychology at Monash University. She is deeply passionate about understanding human behaviour and how psychology shapes the way people think, make decisions, and navigate the world. With a particular interest in neuropsychology, Sarah enjoys exploring the connections between cognition, behaviour, and everyday life, as well as how psychological insights can be applied in practical ways.
As part of the administration team at Pandora Psychology, Sarah strives to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk in. With a keen eye for detail and a warm, approachable nature, she helps create a seamless experience for both clients and practitioners, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs effortlessly and with care.
Always eager to help, she’s happy to have a chat and enjoys connecting with people—whether it’s about psychology, a new coffee spot, or learning new things.

Tiffany is a member of our client support and administration management team. With extensive experience in healthcare reception and client communications, she is dedicated to helping clients find the right psychologist to support their needs.
Tiffany has always had an interest in mental health, having completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) at the University of Sydney and currently pursuing a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy at ACAP University College.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys reformer pilates, morning walks, and cooking. She loves to read and is always on the lookout for a good TV show to get hooked on.
Tiffany understands that starting therapy can feel a little daunting at times, and is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment and providing support where needed to make the process a little easier.
