Couples therapy seeks to provide couples with a neutral, warm and safe space to unpack the challenges they are experiencing in their relationship. Couple sessions aim to ensure that both partners feel heard and that each person’s emotional and psychological experience is acknowledged and validated.

Couple Therapy can help with communication issues, navigating difficult life events or transitions, differences in approaches to parenting, the impact of external relationships, sexual issues, and recovery from affairs and other forms of betrayal.
